Delete your Sunbird online data

If you still have the game installed, do it there instead — it is immediate and needs no email: Roost → Online → Delete my online data.

If you have already uninstalled, send us your board id and we will delete everything stored under it: your player record, every board entry, every flock membership, every inbox message and the Play Games player id we keep as a recovery key. We answer within 7 days, and always within the month the GDPR allows.

Twelve characters in three groups, shown in the Roost under Online. It is the only thing that links an entry to you: many players share each handle, so we genuinely cannot find your data from a handle alone.

If you linked Google Play Games

Say so in the email and we will match the stored player id after you sign in once more. We never receive your gamer name, avatar or email address from Google.
